退款政策
It is our great honor that you choose our site for your T-shirt. Your satisfaction is the most important thing we continuously pursue. If regrettably, you find our T-shirt(s) have the following issues that could not meet your requirements, you have the right to return the T-shirt(s) to get a refund. We also will check each order before we arrange shipment.
- Defective/Missing items/Size is different from our website size chart.
Customers should contact us within a week of delivery of items and email us photos to support the claims if you find the package missing item(s) and T-shirt with the wrong size. We can arrange a new shipment of the missing items for free. Especially for wrong-size T-shirts, once confirmed the error occurred on our side, we will make a new T-shirt free of charge (by the way, a 1-2 inch difference will be acceptable, and a 1-2 inch difference is normal).
We do NOT accept refunds and exchanges for items we did not make errors on, but if the size is different from our size chart, we will make a new one free for the wrong parts.
Following Items Excluded From Returning or Exchanging:
- An item that has been used or washed.
- An item that smells of cigarette smoke or perfume.
- An item with stains.

Please note that only the listing price excluding shipping fees will be refunded.

Buyers are responsible for returning the items in their original condition within 2 weeks of delivery at their own expense through registered mail with an online delivery tracking number.

The refunds will be returned to you 3 days after we accept your return request, and the refund will be processed within 24 hours after we proceed with the refunds.

Order Cancellations/Changing
All T-shirts from Teecore are made after you order them, so please check your order carefully before submitting it. We will send a confirmation email after you place an order. If a mistake has been made on a processed order, please email us within 24 hours after submission. Order cancellations or changes only work within this time frame. Our dressmaker will start customizing the T-shirt for you within 24 hours after receiving your payment. Orders canceled after 24 hours are subject to a handling fee equaling 50% of the item price. Orders cannot be canceled after 3 business days. Thank you for your understanding.
For wigs, accessories, and other ready-to-ship items, we usually send them within 1-3 days after your purchase. We will give our best efforts to locate the package and make any necessary changes. If the order has already shipped or cannot be located in the shipping containers, Teecore will not be responsible for any additional costs added to correct the order.
- Wrong Delivery Address/Upgrade the Shipping Method Teecore ships all orders to the shipping address provided by the customer. Customers are responsible for submitting complete address information required. If necessary shipping information is left off the order during the checkout process, we will ONLY be able to proceed with a refund if we sent the package to the wrong shipping address (which is different from the order shipping information). We will NOT be able to proceed with a refund if we sent the package to the correct shipping address.
Teecore is not responsible for any additional charges needed to reship or retrieve a package. The shipping fee depends on which shipping method you choose.
